The manufacture of dried fruits is one of the oldest industries in our beloved country, where we take fruits of all kinds and subject them to manual processing processes exclusively, and we do not use automatic machines in our work, which gives us an incentive to manufacture them well.
As any mistake in its manufacture leads to the damage of products and our constant concern for products as fruits are subjected to blanching and treatment with sugar and gelatin (cow) and no chemicals are involved in their manufacture at all.
